This is a common misperception. It IS true that certain types of readings such as psychometry and mediumship readings, often use items such as a photo or piece of jewelry to connect with the person who has passed but in the case of other types of readings provided by a clairvoyant, clairaudient, channel or psychic reader using tarot or oracle cards, we are tapping into energetic not physical levels and therefore do not access it through a tangible item. Accuracy is not dependent upon the physical, it is correlated to being aligned with the information.

For a first time reading, I recommend a minimum of 30 min and encourage an hour. This is because once you relax into the reading, you will likely find you have far more questions than you initially thought you would have. To give you the most thorough answers, it's helpful to have the time to explore other additional questions as they naturally arise.
